Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to user inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Provide step-by-step guidance to users to resolve technical problems
- Document issues and resolutions in the ticketing system
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level support when necessary
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience in a help desk or technical support role is a plus
